I found this cute top tutorial last year
here and decided to try it! I loved the fabric combination and it turned out great, but I never wore it. About the same time, I began making a cute summer top for my younger sister, but then grad school started and I never got around to finishing it. This past week my family came to visit and I pulled out the previously started top for my sister, only to find she had already outgrown it! So, when I saw this cute little un-worn top hanging it the closet, it dawned on me... I bet she could wear this!!! So after she tried it on, it was settled... the Spring Ruffle Top had found a home :)
